Bonni created Posey Floral and Event Design in 2008 and The Little Posey in 2016. In her free time, you can find Bonni traveling with her family across the globe, wrangling her toddler, snuggling with her favorite chocolate dog, working in her garden, finding zen in a yoga class, organizing her rock collection, or planning her next skiing adventure.

Ashley lives for weddings and events. A gypsy at heart, she has flowered from coast to coast. She is passionate about creating unique and memorable experiences customized to each client and their story through floral and event design.

During her time as Creative Director at a venue in Nashville, TN, her work was Internationally published and named a top planner of the South by Southern Living Magazine.

When she’s not dreaming of floral and event design, you can find Ashley on the road with her husband and pug, Gibson, in their self-converted van checking National Parks off their list. She also enjoys hot cups of tea, morning meditation and slow fashion.

Vanessa Bachik is a floral designer from San Francisco and is a recent transplant to ATX. She has a deep commitment to collaborative projects with heartfelt curiosity and intention & loves creating dynamic environments to celebrate meaningful times of transition. When she isn't flowering, you can find her exploring or snuggling her cats, Franny & Boy George.

As a former office worker from Ukraine, I always had a passion for flowers and did floristry as a hobby.

When the war started in my home country, I moved to the US, decided to pursue my dreams and to become a full-time florist.

Now working at Posey Events, I get to follow my heart and create beautiful arrangements for clients. I believe that flowers not only have the power to brighten up any occasion and bring joy to people's lives, but they also have a therapeutic effect that can improve mental health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, the forest after rain, peanut butter, and red wine.
