Corporate Event Florals in Austin, TX

A corporate event is only as polished as every element in the room — and florals set the tone before a single speaker takes the stage. Posey Floral is Austin's corporate event florist for galas, product launches, award dinners, conferences, client appreciation events, and company celebrations of every scale.

We design full floral programs that work as a cohesive visual story — from entrance installations and cocktail hour arrangements to reception centerpieces, stage backdrops, and every detail in between. Nothing is templated, nothing is pulled from a catalog, and nothing is left to chance. If your event represents your brand, your culture, or your clients, it deserves florals designed with the same intention you put into everything else. That's what we do.

Full-service florals for every corporate occasion

Every corporate event has a different purpose, a different audience, and a different standard to meet. We design for all of them.

Galas and Awards Dinners

The highest-stakes event in any corporate calendar. Guests arrive dressed for the occasion and expect an environment that matches. We design full gala floral programs — dramatic entrance installations, cocktail hour arrangements, reception centerpieces scaled to the room, stage and podium florals, and escort card table displays — that create an environment worthy of the moment. Every element is designed to work together as a single visual narrative, not as a collection of individual pieces ordered separately.

Product Launches

A product launch is a brand statement. The florals in the room should amplify it — not sit quietly in the corner. We design launch florals around your product, your campaign, and your visual identity: entrance moments that frame the reveal, table arrangements in your exact brand palette, and installation pieces that give guests a reason to stop and photograph long after the keynote ends. The result is a room that feels like an extension of your brand, not a rented venue dressed in generic flowers.

Conferences and Summits

Some florals are meant to stop people in their tracks. We design large-scale floral installations for brand activations, experiential marketing moments, product launches, and PR events across Austin — the kind of installations that become the backdrop for every photo taken at your event. If it needs to be extraordinary, architectural, and entirely on-brand, this is what we do.

Client appreciation and hospitality events

When the audience is your most important clients, the environment needs to say something specific: that you value them, that you pay attention to detail, and that your standard of excellence extends to every aspect of how you do business. We design client appreciation event florals that communicate exactly that — understated where appropriate, generous where it counts, and always entirely on-brand.

Company celebrations and milestones

Anniversary events, milestone celebrations, team appreciation dinners, and holiday parties. These events matter to your team in a different way than client-facing events — the florals should feel warm, celebratory, and reflective of your company culture rather than formally branded. We design for both registers equally well.

Conferences and networking events

Breakfast briefings, luncheons, roundtables, and networking events where the environment needs to feel polished without overpowering the conversation. We design corporate florals for smaller-scale professional events with the same intentionality we bring to a 500-person gala — because your clients and partners notice the details regardless of the event's size.

Every element, handled

A full corporate event floral program from Posey Floral covers every floral touchpoint in the room. Here's what that typically includes — though every program is custom-scoped to your specific event.

  • Entrance and arrival florals
  • Cocktail hour arrangements and bar florals
  • Reception and dinner centerpieces
  • Stage, podium, and AV surround florals
  • Escort card and seating display florals
  • Restroom and ancillary space arrangements
  • Gifting florals and place setting details
  • Large-scale backdrop and installation pieces
  • Day-two and multi-day refresh service
  • Full strike and removal post-event

How it works

1. Event brief and consultation

We start by understanding your event inside and out — the occasion, the audience, the venue, the visual direction, and the budget. The more context you share, the stronger our proposal. We're happy to attend a venue site visit as part of this stage for larger events. Start this process using our online form.

2. Full floral proposal

We put together a custom proposal — floral direction, color palette, arrangement types, frequency if applicable, and investment. Everything is tailored to what we discussed, never templated.

3. Design Development

Once the proposal is approved, we develop the full design — sourcing flowers, refining arrangements, and confirming every detail with your team. For large events we can provide physical samples or reference arrangements for sign-off before event day.

4. Installation

Our team arrives on-site within your load-in window and installs the full program to schedule. We coordinate with all other vendors on-site and keep your event planner informed throughout. Every element is in place before your first guest arrives.

5. Strike & Removal

We return after the event to strike and remove all florals and vessels. Where possible, florals are donated to Austin hospitals, hospices, or community organizations. Your venue is left exactly as we found it.

What Sets us Apart for Corporate Work

We design programs, not individual pieces

Most florists think in arrangements. We think in rooms. Every element we design for your event is considered in relation to every other element — scale, color, height, density, and placement all work together so the room reads as intentional from every angle and at every distance.

We work like a production partner

Corporate events run on precise timelines. We coordinate directly with your event planner, production company, venue team, and AV crew — attending site visits, contributing to run-of-show planning, and building installation schedules that fit your production without creating conflict. You'll never be managing us on event day.

We've worked Austin's best event venues

We know how Austin's top event venues work — their load-in requirements, their lighting conditions, their setup windows, and their on-site teams. That familiarity makes our installation faster, cleaner, and less stressful for everyone involved.

Discretion is standard

We work with many Austin businesses that prefer their vendor relationships to remain private. We never publish event photos, tag client locations, or reference client names without explicit written permission. Your event stays yours.

We scale to your event

From an intimate 30-person client dinner to a 1,000-person gala, we bring the same level of design and service. Our team scales with the event — you're never handed off to a junior designer because your event grew.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book a corporate event florist in Austin?

For galas, large conferences, and multi-space events we recommend reaching out 6–8 weeks in advance. For smaller corporate dinners and client events, 3–4 weeks is typically sufficient. During Austin's busiest event seasons — SXSW in March, spring gala season, and the holiday corporate calendar in November and December — we book up quickly, so earlier is always better. That said, we accommodate last-minute requests whenever our schedule allows.

Do you provide florals for multi-day conferences?

Yes. We design full multi-day floral programs including day-two refresh service to keep arrangements looking their best throughout. For conferences spanning multiple days we'll scope a full program that accounts for every space and every day — not just the opening night dinner.

Can you work directly with our event planner or production company?

Absolutely — and we prefer it. We're experienced working as part of a broader event production team and understand how to integrate into an existing run-of-show without creating friction. We attend site visits, contribute to load-in scheduling, and communicate directly with whoever is managing event logistics on your behalf.

Can you match our company's brand colors exactly?

Yes. Brand color accuracy is standard for all our corporate work. Share your Pantone references, brand guidelines, or visual samples and we'll design to match — sourcing specifically for your event rather than working from whatever's available.

What is the typical investment for corporate event florals in Austin?

Every event is different, and we custom-quote every program based on scope, scale, and design direction. We don't publish package pricing because a 30-person client dinner and a 500-person gala require completely different approaches. The best way to get an accurate figure is to request a consultation — we'll put together a detailed proposal at no charge.

Can you accommodate last-minute additions or changes close to the event?

Within reason, yes. We understand that corporate events evolve right up until the day — guest counts change, room configurations shift, last-minute additions get approved. We build flexibility into our process and stay in close communication with your team in the days leading up to the event so we can accommodate changes as they happen.

Do you work with venues outside of Austin proper?

Yes. We design corporate events throughout the greater Austin area including the Domain, the Hill Country, and surrounding venues. Reach out with your venue details and we'll confirm coverage.
