Every element — tree style, ornament palette, garland, ribbon, wreaths, and holiday florals featuring winter greens, winter berry, poinsettias, and amaryllis — is selected as part of a unified design story aligned to your space and brand.

Building lobbies & shared spaces

Architectural-scale installations for multi-tenant properties: atrium trees up to 20+ feet, staircase and mezzanine garland, large-format entry wreaths, and coordinated lobby florals. We manage all building management coordination — freight elevator scheduling, access windows, and COI requirements.

Retail spaces

Window installations, in-store trees, fixture and product table styling, checkout accents, and seasonal scent pairing. We design within your floor plan so product stays the hero and staff can move freely.

Holiday Party Florals & Decor

Posey designs floral and botanical elements for corporate holiday parties — from executive dinners to company-wide celebrations. We deliver cocktail hour arrangements, dining table centerpieces, buffet and bar styling, entry moments, lounge vignettes, and floral photo backdrops, all arrived dressed and ready with no setup from your events team.

Year-Round Décor Storage

After teardown, Posey takes custody of your entire holiday inventory — trees, ornaments, garland, wreaths, and custom fabrications — and stores it in our climate-controlled Austin facility until the following season. Everything is professionally packed, labeled, and cataloged. When November arrives, we assess the inventory, source any replacements, and arrive ready to install.

Storage is available to all commercial holiday clients, including those with existing inventory from a previous vendor. No storage unit, no building closet, no missing pieces.

When should I book corporate Christmas décor in Austin?

By September 1, if possible. November & December installation windows fill quickly. We usually stop taking new commercial holiday clients after mid-November.

Do you use fresh or artificial elements?

Both. Premium artificial trees for most installations; fresh elements — garland, wreaths, Euphorbia pulcherrima (poinsettia), Hippeastrum (amaryllis), and holiday florals — where they add the most impact. We're transparent about what will hold and never use fresh materials that won't last.

Can you match our brand colors?

Yes. We build a custom palette around your brand identity — fully branded, brand-adjacent, or a classic holiday look entirely independent of your brand. All are common requests.

Do you handle teardown?

Yes. Teardown is included in our full-service program. Most commercial clients schedule removal in the first two weeks of January.

Can you store our holiday inventory between seasons?

Yes. After teardown, we pack and store your full inventory — trees, ornaments, garland, wreaths, and specialty pieces. It is a service separately itemized and available to all commercial clients, including those with inventory from a previous vendor.

Do you decorate multiple locations?

Yes. Multi-location programs include unified billing, a single account manager, and coordinated installs across offices, retail locations, or hospitality properties.

Do you also design holiday party florals?

Yes. Centerpieces, cocktail arrangements, bar florals, entry moments, and full event styling. Party florals can be booked as a standalone or combined with your ambient décor program.
